TERMS AND CONDITIONS

FOR SALES AND DELIVERY OF GYM EQUIPMENTS

1. Orders & Lead Time

  • Thrive Fitness sells both stocked and non-stocked (made-to-order or imported) gym equipment.
  • For items not currently in stock, a 12-week lead time applies from the date of confirmed order and payment; this accounts for production, import, and shipping processes.
  • Thrive Fitness will keep clients updated on the progress of orders and will not be liable for delays caused by customs clearance, shipping disruptions, or supplier delays.
  • For items in stock, delivery will be arranged as soon as full payment is received.

2. Payment Terms

  • A 50% deposit is required to confirm and process any order.
  • The remaining 50% balance is due before delivery or dispatch.
  • Accepted payment methods include EFT, bank deposits, or secure card payments (where available).
  • Orders will only proceed to production/shipping after the deposit is received.

3. Delivery Policy

  • Free delivery is offered for all orders within the Johannesburg (JHB) metro area.
  • For deliveries outside JHB, a delivery fee will apply; this fee will be calculated based on distance, equipment weight, and specific logistical requirements.
  • Delivery fees will be clearly communicated and agreed upon before finalizing the sale.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Once production or shipping has commenced, orders cannot be canceled, and deposits are non-refundable.
  • In the event of production defects or damage during shipping, Thrive Fitness will replace or repair the item at no additional cost to the client.
  • Returns are accepted only for defective equipment, not for change-of-mind purchases.

5. Warranty & After-Sales Support

  • All Thrive Fitness equipment comes with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty covering structural defects and mechanical faults (normal wear and tear excluded).
  • After-sales support and maintenance services can be arranged; terms and fees will be provided upon request.
